Delivery Time

Our electronic wind instruments are currently stocked in China, and they will be shipped directly from our factory in China. Please note that delivery times may vary based on the destination:

• United States and Europe: The estimated delivery time is approximately 2 weeks, which includes the necessary time for customs clearance.
• Asia: The estimated delivery time is approximately 1 week, including the required time for customs clearance.

Custom Duty & VAT

Please be aware that our current product prices do NOT include import customs duty and VAT, as these fees vary depending on the destination country. Kindly note that it is typically the recipient's responsibility to cover these fees in order to successfully receive the product. For your reference, we have provided an estimation of the total import duty and VAT for certain countries:

• EU countries and the UK: Around 23% of the retail price on average.
• United States: Around 12% of the retail price.
• Australia: Around 10% of the retail price.
• India: Around 38% of the retail price.

Please be aware that the estimations provided above are subject to changes due to government policy amendments and may not be updated in a timely manner.

In the event that a customer refuses to pay the import duty and VAT tax upon the package's arrival in the destination country, resulting in an unsuccessful delivery, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to provide a refund.

Free Replacement & Return

• Free replacement: For any product found defective within 1 month of delivery, we will send you a new one free of charge.
• Returns due to preference or dislike: Regrettably, we cannot accommodate returns for personal preference or dislike at this time. The shipping fee for returning the product to China is currently prohibitively high. We will keep you updated if alternative solutions for returning products become available in the future.

Warranty

Our product comes with a one-year warranty. If any defective parts are found, we will promptly ship new replacement parts and provide detailed instructions on how to install them. Please note that the warranty is conditioned on the proper use of the product by the purchaser.
