For Products Shipped from Local Warehouses

Returns

If the instrument does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 7 days of delivery.

  • Return Shipping Fee: You are responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
  • Cleaning Fee: For health and safety reasons, a $10 cleaning fee will be deducted from your refund if the mouthpiece has been used.
  • Condition: Please ensure the instrument remains functional and no parts are broken.

Replacements

Instrument Replacement

If the product is found to be defective within one month of delivery, please:

  1. Record a short video clearly showing the issue.
  2. Send the video to contact@greaten-music.com for verification.

Once the defect is confirmed (and not due to misuse), we will send you a replacement instrument at no additional cost. In some cases, we may request the return of the defective product.

Part Replacements

  • Mouthpiece: Each package includes an extra mouthpiece. If you’d like to purchase additional mouthpieces, please visit our online shop.
  • Battery: While we do not sell batteries directly, we can provide you with the specifications needed to purchase the correct battery. Contact us for assistance.
  • Other Parts: For replacement of other parts, please reach out to us via email at contact@greaten-music.com.

Pre-Ordered Items

Pre-ordered items cannot be returned as they are shipped directly from China and are not stocked locally.

Defective Products

If your product is found to be defective within 14 days of receipt, we will provide a free replacement.
